Hello, I'm Kushal!


I'm a Game Design Lead with over 12 years of experience creating memorable gameplay experiences. My expertise lies in designing innovative gameplay mechanics, prototypes, systems and content that keep players engaged. I combine creative vision with technical precision, focusing on everything from core systems and player journeys to data-driven tuning and iteration.
 

I've had the privilege of working at high-profile companies like Ubisoft, Oculus Studios, Dhruva Interactive (Rockstar Games) and Games 24x7, contributing to major IPs. These experiences have shaped my design philosophy and expanded my technical and creative skill set. Throughout my career, I've taken games from concept to live services, collaborating with cross-discipline teams to create titles across Console, VR and Mobile.
 

I've had the chance to lead teams, shape processes and help new designers grow, all while staying true to my passion for games and the craft of design. I believe great games are built on a clear vision and a team that trusts each other. I'm driven by curiosity and a love for creating experiences that connect with players.
